FAQs
Do I need prior yoga experience to join?
1
Not at all. Our classes include beginner fundamentals, and live instructors provide modifications so you can practice safely from day one.
What equipment is needed to join in person and online?
2
For mat-based classes, a yoga mat and a stable internet connection (if joining virtually) are all you need. Props like blocks or straps are optional; household items such as cushions, blankets, books or belts work just as well. For express reset class, no mats or props are required.
What type of space do we need to provide in our office?
3
For mat-based classes, an open room, or large breakout space works beautifully. For our express reset program, your employees can participate directly from behind their standard workstations or any office open space, with no special clothing or mats required. The programs can be delivered in person, virtually or hybrid.
What happens if an employee has an existing physical injury or is an absolute beginner?
4
Every Swan Wellness session is entirely inclusive and designed for all fitness levels and body types. An intake form is used to assess employees and the instructor will provide variations throughout the class so every employee feels comfortable and safe.
Do you offer corporate tax receipts or flexible invoicing?
5
Yes. Swan Wellness issues fully compliant electronic tax invoices standardly structured for corporate bookkeeping and accounts payable. All listed rates are inclusive of GST.
Are you insured?
